Mr. Rodgers Held Hostage...

Meanwhile, back at the gas station...

Sheriff's Deputy James Carson stood in front of the recently robbed gas station, becoming more and more alarmed, as he listened to what the clerk who worked there had to say.

Earlier, his older sister Sarah had called, worried about Evan and Brianna...they'd went to the store for a few items, and hadn't come back. James had assured her that maybe Evan has just been out running errands or something, trying to calm her.

He'd hung up with her, and then shortly after, had gotten the call on a gas station robbery. He'd been standing with the clerk...Emmitt B. Surlet, by name...and had been interviewing him as to the events that had transpired.

"Goddamn kids," Surlet exclaimed angrliy, running his hand over his mostly balding scalp, wiping away the sweat that beaded there, "coming in here with gun, shooting up the place. Christ! This is the fourth time in the last five months we've been robbed. Don't you guys do yer job at ALL?"

"Calm down, sir," James politely reminded the distraught man, "I just need to know what happened. I can't do my job until you tell me."

"Well, was a man and a girl that come in," Surlet began, "and the man was all crazy-eyed...probably high on PCP or something. Pulled a gun on me and told me to empty out the register. Wanted the safe too, but told him I don't have the combination for it. Anyway, after the last robbery, been takin' to keepin' a shotgun under the counter. They turned to leave and I pulled it. Crazy bastid shot at me and ran out the door. I chased em down, and shot a big hole in their car. Another fella jumped out...leastwise I THINK it was a fella...couldn't really see. Anyway, they grabbed some poor soul by the pumps, and pulled a gun on him, and they drove off using his car. I feel sorry as hell for that guy...whoever he is, bettin' he'll be dead by mornin'."

"The person by the gas pumps," James asked, looking down at his notepad, "What were they driving?"

"Well, was one of them mini-vans ya see all over the place. Kind of a dark blue in color."

James now looked up, suddenly very concerned...Evan drove a dark blue mini-van...and this gas station was on the way to his place from the grocery store...and Sarah had said he and Brianna hadn't come home...

He didn't like the way all the pieces to the puzzle were starting to fit together.

"Sir, I'm going to need to take a look at the footage from your surveilance cameras....now..." James followed him inside.

A few minutes later, he hurriedly ran out to his cruiser, contacting the station.

"Base, this is Carson here," James said, his voice cracking a bit, "I was just responding to the armed robbery call at the Pump 'N' Go. We have a serious problem here. Robbers hijacked someone by the gas pumps. We may have a hostage situation here."

His radio crackled for a moment, and then he heard, "Jimmy...this is base. Charlie Williams here....you sound funny. Everything ok over there? No one hurt, was there?"

"No," James said, his voice sounding frantic, "Looked at the video surveilance...my brother-in-law and niece were the ones taken, Charlie."

The radio went silent for a moment, and then crackled again "Christ! Alright...I'll get ahold of the chief. We're gonna have to call Highway Patrol, and the Feds on this, Jimmy," Charlie replied, "We can't handle that much area on our own."

"Fine, Charlie...Just make the goddamn call! Now!"

"Will do. Base out."

James threw the radio down, his anxiety and worry plain on his face. He stood by the police car, nervously removing his hat, and running his hands through his hair, his heart racing...How was he going to tell his sister that her husband and daughter had been abducted by armed criminals? How were they going to find them?

Cassie

Cassie really didn’t think he’d do it. It wasn’t that she under-estimated him as Billy and Darla did. The man driving was far from senile and she knew from experience that any father would do whatever it took to protect his daughter, his Princess. Pushing back thoughts of what had been, or how Cassie’s father used to dote on her, Cassie dealt with the matter in hand.

When Ewan had ran one way and Brianna the other, she had chosen to follow the girl. She could see that Billy would easily catch up with the girl and given the adrenaline that was pumping through him, there was no telling what he might do. He had become more and more crazed since he hooked up with Darla and something told her that this could only end badly. Instinctively she wanted to bale. To head back to the family she knew would welcome her with open arms, to admit they had been right all along and that Billy was no good. But then they didn’t know the half of it, of what he and now even she had become. But if she did, she knew that the hostages would be in still more danger. There was no telling what kind of insanity Billy and Darla could whip themselves up to.

Her fears were confimed as the two hostages were recaptured. There seemed no end to the violence that Billy and Darla were more than happy to use. In fact they seemed to be relishing it. She suspected that they were even pleased that the two had attempted an escape - it had just added to the adrenaline rush for them. When Billy suggested tying up the girl, Cassie stepped forward with the rope. Perhaps if the 2 hostages were secured, things could calm down a bit and perhaps rational thought might take over.

She met Billy’s eyes as he spoke to her.

“It’s about time to got back into the game!”

He seemed angry at her. That wasn’t good. If she could exert any influence on events, she had to pacify him.

” ... that’s just the point ... this is not a game, Billy ...”

Whether he heard her or not, she wasn’t sure, but she couldn’t help but experience a twinge of guilt as he attacked the man, her anxiety growing until he finally knocked him out cold.

”We got to go... I know a place where we can dump the van in the lake.”

Her eyes widened in alarm.

”You can’t leave him in the trunk ...”

The words were out of her mouth before she realised.

”He could suffocate ... that blow to the head ...”

She halted and took a steadying breath.

”Look, I’m not happy about this, but ... they’re no use to us dead.”

She shrugged with mock nonchalance.

”The old guy could go into a coma, haemorrhage .. it would be just like him to cause us more trouble ...”

She shook her head as if exasperated.

" ... so ... how do you want to play it ?"

She queried wondering who would drive the van, who the car and hoping that they actually would hold up in the cabin as it was conveniently close by.

Back at Home

Sarah and Justin-

Sarah paced back and forth, wringing her hands with worry before she sat down on the black lather couch in frustration.

"Where are they?" Her voice was near panic as she got back up and paced the room. She repeated the process several times before her young son held a hand up to stop her.

"Mom! You're giving me a headache. Could you please sit still?" Justin finally voiced after a few hours of his mother's worried antics. "Come sit next to me, Mom."

The older woman seemed to pause, thinking over her son's request, before sitting down on the couch next to the blond 15 -year old. His arms wrapped around her petite body. Sarah snuggled into him, his warmth, welcoming her.

Mother and son stayed that way for a long time, before his voice soothed her. "Mom?" His arms gave her a slight squeeze. The male teenager felt his mother shift reluctantly to look up at him.

"Yes, dear?" Sarah whispered, separating from him, waiting for his answer.

"They're okay, you should stop worrying. I mean, what could really happen?" Justin smiled down at her, squeezing her up against him a little tighter.

"Thanks, dear." Sarah smiled up at him lovingly, snuggling back up against them.

Mother/son stayed that way for an hour before a loud ringtone startled them from their relaxed state. Sarah jumped up quickly and picked it up, listened to the voice of her brother to a few seconds before dropping the phone and falling limply onto the couch.

She screamed...

Billy quickly assessed the situation around him and found it back under control. Brianna was being tied up by Darla and she looked positively spiteful suspecting those ropes would be cinched just a little too tight for Brianna's discomfort. He smiled and moved the shotgun to his shoulder as he heard Cassie walk up and talk about her concerns with Evan. He said, "Look, he is going to be okay. I only wanted to knock him out. He is going to wake up with a splitting headache and a need for aspirin. If you are so concerned about him, you can be there to give him that aspirin! I mean look what he did..." He pushed his finger towards his temple, where a bruise was barely visible from the elbow strike.

He then leaned into Cassie and said, "What is going on baby? Talk to me a moment. I thought you were in this with us? You seem... hesitant. I mean..." He turned and looked at Darla a moment who was still playing with Brianna's ropes and then back to Cassi, he leaned into her and whispered into her ear, "You know you are my girl right? You will always be my girl." He backed his head up slightly and then leaned in and took a kiss from her... rather agressively...

darla

Darla finished tying up Brianna, yanking hard on ropes, deliberately hurting her, and taking a sadistic joy in doing so. Glancing over, she was Billy and Cassie talking quietly. "What the fuck is going on?" she thought.

Billy had somehow allowed the hostages to escape while she had been boosting the car, Cassie had gotten a rope and Evan was now unconscious, and in the boot. Darla didn't think Cassie was comfortable with the esculation of their activities, and seemed to be trying to calm things. Darla had been on a high from the robbery, and from hunting down Evan, and had thought Billy was too, but watching him with Cassie, maybe not.

Darla was vibrating with anger. "Am I gonna have to carry these incompetant fools on my back?" she wondered. How the fuck had the opportunity for escape even arisen? Chances were Billy was eyeing up that stupid bitch Brianna, and dropped the ball! Or had he been fooling about with Cassie, she wondered.

Knowing that she was spoiling for a fight, the outcome of which would not be nice, Darla decided to take the opportunity for some alone time. "I'll take care of dumping the van!" she called and hopped in without waiting for an answer. Gunning the engine, she peeled out of there at high speed, leaving a skid mark on the ground, and spraying gravel behind her.. She was driving like a maniac, and she knew this was stupid, but she was so mad, and this would help. She seriously wanted to kick Billy's ass for his fuck up. And of course, instead of apologising for nearly losing the hostages, which they would have, well Evan at least, if not for Darla's help, he was over crying on Cassies shoulder, or whatever he was at.

When she screeched to a halt at the cliff top of the old disused quarry, into which she intended to dump the van, she decided to vent her anger. Opening the boot, she took out a tyre iron. Then she closed the boot, and carefully wiped down all the surfaces of the car, inside and out, removing any fingerprints. She was sweating when she finished this meticulous task. However, she had plenty of energy left for her final task -venting her fury.

Taking the tyre iron in hand, she began to methodically and quickly smash every window in the van. The she began on the wings, door, mirrors, roof, boot and hood. She smashed the headlights, the indicators, the rear lights. Finally, extracting her knife, she slashed the tyres. Starting the engine, and putting it into drive, she watched as it rolled over the edge, and dissappeared under the murky water.

Turning around, she began to walk toward the road. She felt moisture on her chest, and was surprised to find it was not only sweat, but also a mixture of tears and blood. She had a good few surface cuts on her face and arms, but was more surprised to discovered she had been crying. Darla could not recall the last time she had cried. Scooping up a little water from a puddle, she splashed it on her face and neck, washing away the streaks of tears, and trickles of blood. Then straightening her spine, she made for the road. She was going to have to call either Billy or Cassie to arrange to be picked up, but frankly she did not want to talk with either of them.

Cassie

"Look, he is going to be okay. I only wanted to knock him out. He is going to wake up with a splitting headache and a need for aspirin. “

Cassie looked at the trunk worriedly, but nodded accepting Billy’s assessment of the situation.

”If you are so concerned about him, you can be there to give him that aspirin! I mean look what he did..."

She looked up to the bruise was faintly forming and could not resist lifting a hand to lightly stroke the discolouring flesh hoping to soothe and sympathise.

"What is going on baby? Talk to me a moment. I thought you were in this with us? You seem... hesitant.”

She wanted to assure him that she was with him, would be whatever happened, but she saw his attention had moved to Darla, who by contrast seemed to be relishing the whole situation.

”I mean... You know you are my girl right?”

A smile lit her face at his words. Despite what was happening, it had not shattered her bedrock, that she and Billy were indestructible.

” You will always be my girl."

His kiss was rough, possessive. Her senses reeled with a warmth of belonging.
Breathlessly she looked up at him with that same adoration she had shown him since the first time she had seen him. She was just turned 20 now and not some love-struck teenager ... and yet ... in many ways, she was still as infatuated.

”You know I’m in on anything you do, Billy..”

She murmured softly, her hand moving out to rest on his arm.

”But all this .. it’s major league ..”

She wasn’t telling him anything he didn’t know already.

”We have to really think this through ... get somewhere safe and ... consider our options ... “

She shivered visibly, then her head snapped round at the sound of screeching brakes.
The van sped off, obviously with Darla behind the wheel.
The girl was obviously in a wild mood. And that was dangerous.
She turned back to Billy, willing him to understand.

”This could all go seriously wrong..”

The soft words held an urgency surely he could not ignore?

”I couldn’t bear to ... to lose you ... “

She told him, fearing he might be in for a long prison stretch ... or worse ...

Billy also watched as the van sped off and muttered, "Fuck... she is pissed something fierce! It is all that fucker Evan's fault! IF he had just kept his arms to himself, none of this would have happened!

After she sped off into the darkness, he glanced in the car and found Brianna in a state of terror. He looked at Cassie and said, "We should probably go after her. He took her hand and led her to the car. As they walked towards the car, he let his eyes wander along Brianna's body and envisioned her completely naked, legs spread filled with his cock! Perhaps it would be something they would do soon enough. Damn that tight little daughter was hot!

As he prepared to get intp the car, he stopped, spun Cassie around to face him and pinned her to the car with his body close to her. He said, "This could get ugly quick. I need to know you are with me if things go bad. Are you with me baby?"

He watched her eyes with caution as he waited for her answer.

Cassandra Blaketon – Cassie

"Fuck... she is pissed something fierce! It is all that fucker Evan's fault! IF he had just kept his arms to himself, none of this would have happened!”

Cassie bit back a sigh. She didn’t really think this was all Evan’s fault, but did not comment.
"We should probably go after her.”

Cassie bit back a sigh. She thought that she had just started to make progess with Billy and now Darla had thrown them back into the middle of drama again. She walked towards the car, her hand in Billy’s savouring the few moments they had together, so much so that she didn’t even notice the hunger in his eyes as he looked at Brianna.
”Billy..?”

Her exclamation was half question, half protest as she found herself pinned against the car.
"This could get ugly quick. I need to know you are with me if things go bad. Are you with me baby?"

She stared at him incredulously.

That’s just what I’ve been trying to tell you ..”

She murmured, all too aware of his hard body pinning hers.

” ... you even have to ask that ..?”

She responded.

”You know I’m always with you Billy ... “

She took a steadying breath in an attempt to ignore the fear that rose in her throat.

” .. no matter what ...”

She confirmed.

Driving up to the Rodgers' House...

James drove up to the house in his cruiser, and Justin came running out, as if expecting him.

Justin and James looked enough alike, they could have been mistaken as father and son. James had the blonde hair and blue eyes that Sarah had, and Justin looked like a younger version of him, the same good looks, strong jaw, athletic build. Not only did they look alike, but their personalities were very similar. They both had the same fun-loving attitude, good sense of humor, and active minds. James and Justin had a close relationship...and when graduating in a few years, Justin already had decded to go to college for criminal justice, planning to eventually become a police officer like his uncle. Justin had always looked at him as a hero...how would that change now, when James felt helpless to save his father and sister from danger?

"Uncle Jimmy!" Justin cried out, as James got out of the car, "Has there been any word?"

"I'm afraid not, Jus," he said to the boy, "We're still trying to track them down. State Patrol has been given a heads up, and are doing a sweep, and beings this is a kidnap situation, the FBI has been notified and is supposed to be sending in a team as well....they may not get here until tomorrow afternoon, though."

He'd always treated Justin as an equal, never talking down to him like he was a kid, but rather a friend...one of the reasons why they had become so close.

"How's your mom holding up?" Sarah had been hysterical on the phone earlier, and James knew had had to get over here to be with her.

Justin looked down, his eyes seeming troubled. When he lifted his face and met his uncle's gaze, his eyes were filled with tears.

"Not so good, Uncle Jimmy....she's been sitting on the couch, kinda wild-eyed, and not talking...I'm kinda scared." He wiped the tears away, seeming embarressed by them, wanting to seem strong. He asked, "Dad and Brianna...they're gonna be ok, aren't they?"

James wasn't sure how to answer that, but he tried to be reassuring. "We're doing everything we can, Justin...there are alot of good men out there looking for them. We'll find them."

"I just hope we find them before anything bad happens to them..." he mentally added.

James and Evan had never been all that close, but he had always respected Evan. He knew that Evan was a good man, treated his sister and his family well, and his sister loved him fiercely...and Brianna...well, while she had never been as close to James as Justin was, she was a good, sweet girl at heart, despite the past couple months of rebelliousness, and James loved her almost like she was HIS daughter.

"Let's go inside and check on your mom," James said, and Justin nodded, following him.

They opened the front door, walking into the living room, and he saw Sarah sitting on the couch. She looked up, seeing James, and immediately stood and ran to him, throwing herself in his arms, sobbing...

Billy said, "Then let's go get Darla! We are a team and we will always be a team." He jumped into the driver's seat and said, "Sit back there with Brianna. Keep her quiet." As they drove down the road, Billy knew the area well and knew exactly where she would dump it. Which is why it was little surprise when he found her about a 1/4 mile down the road from the dumpsite walking towards them.

He stopped the car and rolled the passenger window down and said, "Get in." She seemed to ignore him for some reason and walked past the car. He hit reverse and backed the car up, and said, "What are you doing? Get in?"

When she kept going, he put the car in park, looked back at Cassie and asked her to stay put and keep their girl company. He got out of the car and walked towards Darla! He said, "Hey! What the fuck are you doing?!?! Get your sweet ass back here now!"

<<That was not too much was it?>>

Cassie:

“Then let’s go get Darla! We are a team and we will always be a team.”

Cassie bit back a sigh and turned towards the car.

“Sit back there with Brianna. Keep her quiet.”

Cassie pushed Brianna into the back seat and slid in beside her.

”Sure ... “

She responded.

” ... you heard the man ... “

She said to Brianna.

” ... not a sound out of you ... “

Cassie kept a wary eye on Brianna as they drove off to find Darla. It should have been routine, but for some reason Darla had left the van and started walking back. When Billy stopped near her, she just carried on walking. The two girls, hostage and captor were jolted in the back of the car as Billy reversed and drove after Darla.

“What are you doing? Get in?”

Billy’s exasperated eyes met Cassie’s.
Cassie was going to offer to go after Darla, but Billy told her to take care of Brianna and set off after Darla.

“Hey! What the fuck are you doing?!?! Get your sweet ass back here now!”

Cassie sighed and rolled her eyes. Things seemed to be going from bad to worse.

” ... Don’t you go getting any ideas now ...”

She told the bound girl seated beside her.

” ... we have your daddy in the trunk ... so you’d best behave ... “

She almost felt a twinge of guilt for her taunting words, but she could not afford for Brianna to make another bid for freedom.
She just wished Billy and Darla would hurry up!

Brianna gasped at the rough treatment. Darla slammed her into the car hood. Her head hit into the cold, hard metal and she blacked out, if only for a second. She regained consciousness mere seconds later, only to see Billy stomp into her father's groin, causing the middle aged man to curl up into the fetal position.

"LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!" That only served to get Darla to tighten the ropes a little tighter, causing Brianna to gasp in pain.

The young brunette looked down at her hands and groan in exasperation. Darla may have been a mean girl, but she was by no means stupid. Her hands and wrists were tied together so securely that the complexity of it boggled the young girl's mind. Another length of rope went around both her legs, cinched tight at the knees to effectively hobble her.

Brianna sank down to her knees, hanging her head in defeat. There was nothing she could have done, there was nothing she could do now, especially with her father in the trunk. He had taken those blows in attempt to allow them to run, to save her. She realized that now, realized that his plan was only for her to escape, hoping that they would only chase him.

But she had failed him, and he was now paying the price for something she couldn't achieve, her freedom. Brianna followed Cassie into the back of the car, looking over at the other woman after she had spoken.

"I hate you, Cassie." She lifted her teary eyes to look up at Cassie's intelligent green ones. "I hate you." Brianna was trembling slightly now in fear of what the other woman and her friends were going to do to her right now. She pressed up against the car door, wanting to get as far away from the other woman as possible, quivering in fear.

Oh god, please... Brianna prayed silently, closing her eyes and imagining the church she used to go with her father not five months ago. Help me!

Back at Home

Sarah stared blankly at television, sitting perfectly still on the couch. It may have looked as if the desperate housewife was watching her favorite soap opera if not for the fact that the television wasn't even on!

The 40 year-old mother-of-two had heard the news from her brother and was now sitting on the couch, unbelieving that a seemingly normal errand could turn into a carjacking and kidnapping.

What have I done? Sarah immediately thought. I sent him to get milk. And Brianna went with him. She stiffened immediately and wailed.

"Oh my god, Brianna!"

Sarah wrapped her arms around herself and became quite after that outburst, her eyes staring listlessly into space. The sound of the front door opening and she gazed at the entrance way, hopeful that her husband and child were walking in.

Alas, it was not to be. The image in her mind of her handsome husband and beautiful baby girl morphed into the handsome features of her brother and son. Abandoning her silence, the petite blond immediately barreled into the arms of her brother, sobbing hysterically as she tried to explain their absence.

"It was my fault!" She wailed, pressing tightly up against him, desperate for any reassurance that her family was safe. "I sent them off to buy milk, and-and... Oh my god!" Sarah clung to her brother, wetting his police uniform with a fresh torrent of tears.

It was a few minutes of this hysterical sobbing that a forced calm came over our dear old housewife. She withdrew from him shakily and lifted her teary blue eyes to gaze deep into those matching endless pools of water.

"Oh James, what am I going to do?" Sarah managed to choke out. "Oh gods, no..." She shivered as her son came up to hug her as well, his own tears of angst in his almost innocent eyes.

"What am I going to do?"

Darla was seething. The more she thought about it, the madder she got! Not only had Billy allowed a situation to occur where the hostages had almost escapes, but instead of coming and sweetening Darla's mood, and thanking her for saving the day, Billy was all cuddled up with Cassie. Well he could go fuck himself now!

Darla had been on such a high, a power rush after capturing Evan, an watching Billy cream Evan had made her even hotter and she seriously needed some rough and nasty sex to work it out of her system, but what had she got? Billy busy kissing Cassies ass! And ignoring her!!

She marched on past the car, knowing it was childish, but unable to do otherwise. After reversing up did nothing, Billy hopped out and came after her and has rhe audacity to order her into the car!! Ignoring him, Darla stomped on, until Billy grabbed her arm, hauling her to an abrupt stop against his chest. "Darla, c'mon get I'm the car, we can fight later, but now we need to go, c'mon babe"

"don't you fucking touch me, you bastard!" Darla screeched, roughly pulling free. She seriously wanted to drive a roundhouse kick into Billy's balls, but knew she couldn't carry him back to the car, so she'd have to save that for later.

Looking back at the car, Darla saw Cassie's pale worried face, and her ire subsided momentarily. Ignoring Billy, and taking sadistic joy in the mental image of him curled into a ball, clutching his smashed balls! Darla smiled! That cheered her up! And she headed on back to the car, smiling reassuringly as Cassie.

Sitting into the back, Darla told Cassie to sit in the front. She knew Billy was going to drive, and didn't trust herself near him. She'd just sit in the back and scowl at Brianna! Maybe later she could get Evan to play with! Yeah! Darla likes that idea!

The ride to the cabin that Cassie suggested occurred with a cloak of very awkward silence laid throughout the entire car, save for a few quiet instructions given by Cassie. Billy kept looking into the mirror trying to raise eye contact with Darla and thought he almost had a time or two, but quickly realized she was intentionally avoiding him. He would going to have to have it out with her when they got to a place quiet enough...

The cabin itself was relatively unremarkable. nestled deep in a bed of large pines and sycamore trees and accessable only by a long dirt road, Billy quickly ascertained the place was perfect for a hide out. Though the cabin was not noticeable from the main county road, Billy took a little extra precaution by parking the car on the back side of the cabin.

After a quick scout of the cabin to make sure it was empty, Billy returned to the car and popped the trunk. With his shotgun in one hand and his beretta tucked in his holster, he walked around, scooped up Evan and carried his unconscious form up the three steps to the front porch and through the door.

The cabin itself was a two bedroom log structure with a central living area that combined with a dining and kitchen area. Furniture was limited to a futon in one corner, a wood dinin table and chairs, as well as a few appliances. The bedrooms had a double size bed in each. Billy threw Evan onto the ground then went to the small store closet and pulled out a spare pillow case and shoved it over his head and cinched it closed as best he could. He wanted to make it as difficult as possible for his hostage to fuck the situation up more than it already was...

He turned to see Darla leading in Brianna and Cassie closing in the team.

When Evan awoke, laying on what felt like a hard wooden floor. His eyes were closed tightly...he had to struggle not to moan in pain. He felt nautious, the pain in his testicles, where Billy had kicked him, was a dull, pulsing thobbing that made him feel sick to his stomach. He instinctively tried to cup and comfort them, but for some reason he couldn't move his arms. Confused for a moment, he opened his eyes, but couldn't see anything...his vision was a white void.

As his mind cleared, his memory caught up with him, and he realized what was going on. He recalled the beating, remembering Brianna screaming, and then everything had went black. He had been knocked unconscious, tied up, and effectively blindfolded.

As he lay there, he tried to assess the damage to himself. His face hurt somewhat, and of course, his testicles, but the worst pain was reserved to where Billy had clubbed him in the chest with the butt of the shotgun. It hurt to take deep breaths, and he found himself wondering if he'd broken a rib. At the very least, he guessed his ribcage was bruised badly.

He began to test his bonds. The strong muscles in his forearms, arms quite used to physical labor, bulged as he silently strained against them, but to no avail. Whoever had tied them had done well. Still, he wasn't about to give up...sometimes what could not be done in one violent move could be achieved by small repetitive movement. He rolled so that his hands would be mostly hidden by his body, and slowly and deliberately began to move his hands back and forth, first rotating his wrists in circles, and then giving them and up and down motion, trying to create a little play in the bonds wrapped around his wrists. He was already sweating, between the pain, and in his efforts, his arms begining to become slick. It would take time...something he didn't have...but maybe he'd eventually get enough slack to get his hands free...

More players enter the fray...

Senior Special Agent Oliver Wilkins sat in the passenger seat of the rented sedan, paging through a manila envelope, as he looked over the preliminary information he'd received over the phone, by one Officer Charlie Williams.

A convienience store robbery gone bad. A father and daughter abducted by the armed robbers. It looked to be a spur of the moment abduction, not premeditated, by the information he'd been faxed by local authorities.

He looked at the photographs of the two kidnap victims...Evan Rodgers, a handsome, well-built man appearing to be in his mid to late 30s, and his daughter Brianna, a very pretty young woman who looked to be in her late teens.

"Hmm," he thought aloud, "you don't hear too often in a hijacking, the car theives taking the owners with them...kind of odd."

The driver of the car, Special Agent Sam Billings, nodded in agreement.

"Yeah....normally the perps would have either kicked the owners to the curb, or shot em and took the car. Kind of unheard of to drag em along."

Billings was fairly new to the FBI, in his mid twenties, but he'd been one of the top of his class, and had distinguished himself, since his induction into the ranks of the Bureau. Billings and Wilkins had worked closely ever since, along with the passengers in the back seat....Special Agent Abraham Kamdorfski, and Special Agent Jennifer Garretty.

If Billings seemed a fresh faced rookie, then Abe Kamdorfski was the wily old veteran, having been a member of the bureau for over twenty-five years. He'd seen it all, and wasn't shy about letting you know about it.

"I saw something like this happen about fifteen years ago," Abe said, "was a case in Detroit. It didn't end very well. Tracked the assholes down, but they'd already killed the hostages. Hopefully this situation will go better."

Oliver looked over his shoulder, irritated at the older agent. He would definitely make sure that Abe stayed in the car when dealing with the family. Abe was a font of knowledge, but when it came to people skills, he left a bit to be desired.

"First off, we're going to want to get to the local police station," Oliver said to Billings, "They've already dusted the vehicle the assailants were driving for prints...need to run them through the criminal database and see if we get a match."

Billings nodded, and added, "Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to get the media involved, once we know more...maybe someone will spot them and send in a tip." Oliver nodded in agreement.

Jennifer leaned over into the front seat, looking at the two photos of Evan and Brianna Rodgers, Oliver had on his lap. She was an attractive lady in her early thirties, with long auburn hair and pretty blue eyes. People tended to underestimate her because of her pleasant looks, but Jennifer Garretty was one of the best hand to hand fighters that Oliver had ever seen, and was a crack shot as well.

"Well, time's not on our side, boys. Once these robbers lay low and find a hidey-hole to crawl into, we're gonna have a problem finding them. They didn't plan to kidnap these folks, so they'll be making up stuff on the fly, probably out of fear and desperation. They may just decide hostages are too much trouble, and then..."

She left the last part to the imagination of the other three agents, but they both knew where her thoughts were leading to....

"I hate you, Cassie ... I hate you."

Cassie met the young girl’s eyes. Her words cut through Cassie’s heart, yet there was a part of her that grew instantly angry with the girl. With surprising calm, Cassie responded softly.

” ... well ... that’s a shame sweetheart ... ‘cos right now ... I’m the safest bet you’ve got ... “

Her eyes travelled beyond the car where Billy was in pursuit of a hotly cursing Darla.
Brianna didn’t know when she was well off! She was lucky it wasn’t Billy in here leering after her, or still worse, Darla with her vindictive jealousy.

Darla finally emerged at the window and told Cassie to sit in the front. She was clearly angry, though Cassie wasn’t actually sure at what or whom? Lightly she touched Darla’s arm and gave it a brief comforting squeeze and with the briefest of smiles for her “sister” slipped out of the back and into the passenger seat behind Danny. Belting up she glanced back and murmured to the young girl.

”Enjoy the ride...”

If she hated her, Cassie thought, just let Brianna see how she fared with Darla!

Very little was said on the way to the cabin. They nearly overshot the route and had to do a U-turn in some very overgrown woodland.

”Steady ..”

Cassie warned. If they could manage to get to the cabin without any obvious tyre tracks or at least skid marks, they would be more secure.
As soon as they stopped. Cassie slipped out of the car. She made her way over to the outhouse and scrambled around a bit, only to emerge with the key. Meanwhile Billy got Evan out of the boot. Handing the key to Billy, she turned to help Darla get Brianna out of the car.
Darla held Brianna securely whilst Cassie asked her to wait a moment slipped into the driver’s seat.
Carefully she pulled the car just beyond the house where it could not be seen from the road or easily spotted upon approaching the house.
With a satisfied smile, Cassie helped Darla escort their hostage into the house, following the retreating back of Billy, laden with his unconscious charge.

Darla sat in the rear of the car pointedly ignoring Billy's attempts to catch her eye in the rear view mirror. She ground her teeth, and entertained herself with all the ways she could hurt Billy! That'd teach him!

Brianna was silent, and appeared obvious to Darla, by her patent attempts NOT to attract Darla's attention. The girl started blankly out the window, ensuring Darla couldn't catch her eye, and seemed to be breathing evenly, so as to not draw unwanted attention. " Well tough shit Sweetheart! thought Darla

Earlier she had tied Brianna particularly tight. Her hands were secured behind her and her legs were teathered just below the knee, effectively hobbling her. Darla could tell she was uncomfortable, with her hands tied behind her, and Darla enjoyed the occasions when Brianna's head banged against the window, with every bump in the road, or pothole, that the car hit.

Slowly Darla put her boot against Brianna's ankle and ground her boot against the bone, watching in vain for a reaction from the teenager. The Darla leaned over and pinched the skin on Brianna's inner arm viciously. Getting bored when she failed to elicit her desired reaction, Darla settled back against the seat, and closed her eyes, waiting until she heared the exhale from Brianna. As soon as the teenager let down her gaurd, Darla pounced again, only this time, she ran her fingers lightly over the girls nipple, until it stood out hard against her top. Leaning close, Darla licked her ear and whispered "Aawww Baby, I'm making you horny! You a lesbo huh? Don't worry, I've got LOADS of plans for you and your Daddy, and your both gonna love them" Flicking her tongue in and out of Brianna's ear suggestively, Darla laughed.

Silence permeated the car, and not a comfortable silence, but one fraught with anxiety. There was a collective sigh of relief when they reached the cabin, Billy got Evan out of the boot, and Darla used the opportunity to yank painfully on Brianna's hair as she pulled her out the car. Grabbing Brianna's trussed wrists, Darla yanked them up high, malevolence vibrating from her, and she smiled, knowing the pressure on the teenagers shoulder joints would be sever. It also caused her to bend at the waist, to relieve the pressure on her shoulders. "Oh Baby girl, if I had a strap-on, I'd fuck the ass off you here and now, I can tell you want it bad! How bout I get Daddy dearest to help you out?"

Cassie approached at that point, having parked the car out of sight, and Darla cut off her narrative, just in case Cassie might offer solace to the teen, undoing all Darla mental torture. As they entered the cabin, Darla let Cassie take the teenager, and went to check out he cabin's facillities.

Billy watched with intensity at Evan seemed to work at getting out. Once he heard Evan starting to come to, he stood perfectly still just behind him and watched. Billy had spent a few days tied up in a barn once in a robbery that once went bad and had realized that a slowly easy movements would eventually loosen the ropes and the tactic always worked... except when the captor was standing there watching him. He didn't have to see his hands to know what he was doing.

After about 5 minutes of watching him, he took three steps into his direction! His boots clicking on the floor instantly froze Evan where he lay. Billy knew he had been caught. Billy knelt down behind him and rolled Evan on his stomach to expose the ropes on Evan's wrists. His skin was red and starting to bleed from all the rubbing. He leaned in low, pulling his beretta from his holster and pressed it to his Evan's skull and said, "Listen good old man. You feel this gun on your head. It is a beratta 92FS with a barrell length of 4.9 inches with carrying 9 - 9MM slugs the magazine with four more magazines on my person. I can take this weapon apart and put it back together in exactly 16.4 seconds and yes I am a very good shot with it. So listen to me and listen well old man. I have sat here watching you trying to get out of the binds for a few minutes now and that simply will not do. I warned you that if you tried to do anything to piss me off, I was going to take it out on your daughter didn't I. Well, Mister... you pissed me off..." He stood up and started to walk towards Brianna who had not heard a thing he had said. When he got a reaction from Evan, he stopped, turned and knelt back down at Evan and said, "What was that old man?"

Evan couldn't respond with more than grunts and muffled shouts to what Billy had said, his mouth still gagged and ducttaped, but his frenzied angry thrashing on the ground made his thoughts crystal clear, if still unspoken.

"If you hurt my daughter, I will fucking KILL you..."

Of course, he was helpless to prevent anything, and could only listen, tears of helpless frustration rolling down his cheeks as he heard Billy's steel toed boots clomp on the floor towards his daughter...and then they stopped, turning attention back to him.

Billy looked at Darla and then grabbed Brianna and said, "Let's go!" He dragged Brianna kicking and screaming out into the field outside the cabin.

He leaned into the pissed of Darla and whispered, "Watch this...."

He through Brianna onto the ground, aimed his Beretta towards her! Brianna's eyes widened in horror as he fired the pistol... 12 inches away from her head. He fired a second round and then glanced at Darla and said, "Shut her up!"

He turned slowly, listening to the grunts and screams and the horrible sounds of Evan who was helpless to do anything. His eyes glanced up and noted Cassie watching on as well.

Billy walked back into the cabin and could hear the sounds of crying... Billy nudged Evan in the small of the back and said, "How does it fill? It was your fault you know. You killed your daughter..."

After a few seconds, he yelled out and said, "Bring her back in, Darla..."

He leaned into Evan and said, "you got lucky... this time. There won't be another chance. Then next time you piss me off... I won't intentionally miss..."

Evan heard Billy grab Brianna, hearing her scream his name, and felt the ropes cutting into his wrists again, ignoring the pain of them ripping into his skin in sheer desperation,as he frantically tried to get out of his bonds.

Outside, he heard a gunshot, and Brianna's scream was cut off.

"NO!" he tried to scream through the gag, so hard it felt like his throat would rupture.

A second gunshot followed, and Evan slumped, defeated...it was his fault...his daughter was dead...because of him. His body shook with wracking sobs, the pain in his body long forgotten and replaced with the pain of his heart and soul.

He hear Billy's footsteps clomping on the floor behind him, and then felt the criminal's boot nudge him.

"How does it feel? It was your fault you know. You killed your daughter..."

Billy was mistaken if he thought what he'd done would subdue Evan...he began to thrash more violently than before, with unthinking rage at the man who'd killed his daughter. The cries had stopped now, and fierce snarls were now muffled by the makeshift gag.

"I'll rip you apart with my bare hands, you fucking, murdering bastard!" his mind screamed, "I'll take you with me if I have to..."

Suddenly, he heard, "Bring her back in, Darla..."

Did this mean...?

He heard Brianna's soft crying enter the room, and his heart leapt with joy, his daughter still alive, and unharmed...but for how long?

This thought was brought home, as Billy leaned forward,saying...

"You got lucky... this time. There won't be another chance. Then next time you piss me off... I won't intentionally miss..."

Evan's breathing slowed, but his mind did not...and if Billy could see the intensity that Evan's gaze had now taken on, underneath the pillow case over his prisoner's head, he might have found himself a bit unsettled by the sheer righteous fury he would have seen there.

"Fine...I'll do what you want, you sadistic fuck," he thought, "Until you let you guard down...then we'll see about those guns of yours..."

There would be no more escape attempts this time...at least not for him. He'd get Brianna out, but he had no plans of being able to go with her if a chance to get away arose. Next time, he would take no chances. He'd get Brianna her freedom, even if it meant spilling his own blood to do it.

Brianna's eyes widened in fear as her captor moved to the front, leaving her in the back with... Darla!

Oh no. God, please no! She thought doing her best to stare out of the window.

Ahh!! She wanted to scream in agony as the other woman's shoe cruelly dug against the bone of her ankle. She endured this torture for several more minutes, a blank expression on her face, determined not to show any signs of weakness.

After what seemed like a safe period of time, Brianna breathed out in relief. That relief was short-lived however. Darla had taken her small moment of weakness to her own advantage. The young teenager gasped in pleasure as a gentle finger rubbed insistently at a large, rubbery nipple.

Brianna had always been easy to sexually excite, one of the reasons why Gary still kept her around, and her nipple stood at attention to the other woman's caresses. Her back arched even more against the hand, desperate for the lingering touches of that hand.

"Aawww Baby, I'm making you horny! You a lesbo huh? Don't worry, I've got LOADS of plans for you and your Daddy, and your both gonna love them." Darla's deceptively sweet voice taunted as a warm, wet tongue entered her ear, flicking around sensually.

Brianna blushed with shame and turned her head away from the talented tongue that she wished would... go where? She shook her head to clear her thoughts and was rewarded with a mocking laugh from next to her.

The rest of the car ride was uneventful, if not extremely uncomfortable. It was only when they had arrived and out of the car, that Darla continued her physical abuse of the 18 year-old.

"Aah!" Brianna gasped as her arms were yanked high behind her back. The strain on her shoulder sockets were incredibly and she bent forward to relieve the pain. This only served to get more taunting words.

"Oh Baby girl, if I had a strap-on, I'd fuck the ass off you here and now, I can tell you want it bad! How bout I get Daddy dearest to help you out?" Darla whispered suggestively into her ear. It was all she could do not to pant with her building arousal, deciding to work with her hands against her bonds to keep her mind off of the dew gathering between her legs.

"Leave my father alone!" Brianna protested, receiving no response. She sunk to her knees once inside the door across from the room that Billy had placed her unconscious dad.

Her eyes closed in mental exhaustion and she was in her own little world, dreaming about living a normal life and family. Her dream was rudely interrupted by a pair of rough hands. Her eyes snapped open to glance fearfully at the violent, handsome features of Billy. She struggled against him, kicking out with her legs. She didn't want to go or do whatever Billy wanted her to.

"Daddy!!!" Brianna screamed in desperation. "NOO!!!" She was thrown unceremoniously onto the hard, packed ground. Her panicked screams continued before a gunshot near her head stopped her. Her ears rang with the sound of the blast and she laid there in shock.

Her mouth opened once more to scream, only to be silenced by Darla's hand over her mouth, yanking her head from side to side until she got her to shut up.

Brianna sobbed in fear and terror, her mind still reeling from the shock of the gunshots. She was then hoisted by her shoulders and led back into the cabin. Her sobs continued as she was pushed roughly to the floor.

Her black mini-skirt skirt had ridden up her tanned thighs and exposed the round cheeks of her athletic ass, exposing her red thong as she lay in the fetal position, sobbing to herself and attempting to comfort herself.

"God..." She whimpered. "Why are you doing this to us?" Brianna wailed.
