The RW bootstrap story has always been mysteriously absent when it comes to Obama. In its place is some fiction about how Kenyans always get super special treatment in America and don't have to work for anything.

Yep. Mitt's dad in particular was pretty successful. He also increased the size of government, increased revenues through a state income tax, and supported civil rights.

Hell, old George would have made a pretty good Democrat.

Silly me. I forgot that Kenyans get that super special treatment thing. It's so easy for it to look like he earned his way through life with hard work and good grades. Is that how he became President? You show up, hand over your Kenyan birth certificate and they whisk you into office cus I think I can whip up an authentic looking one of those in time for the 2020 elections when I become eligible.
