10 seconds? law is not black and white, get a decent lawyer and you can win the case, Appeals against the RIAA's actions have actually won the RIAA has just started a big long legal battle which they can afford to do. . .but it is just a big waste of money making lawyers richyour reasons won't stand up for 10 seconds in a court of law. Face it people. You are breaking the law plain and simple. The law says you what you can and cannot do.
