ROTFLMAO! Look, it's not freaking Flint, ok? I grew up in SW MI, still visit routinely, so you can't fool me that easily... now, it's not a garden spot such as say Gary, IN, or East Orange, NJ, but you get lovely snow at mild temps owing to the big ol Lake, and... well, it's a lovely town.

I believe she is moving here from Jackson MI, about 1 hour east of Kalamazoo, and while it is definitely not as attractive to live in as say Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo is NOT a bad place to be. Well ok, it sucks in the Winter, but the rest of the year it's nice!

See, there's this big stink over which town the GOP really was founded in .. frankly I don't care, but the GOP (I guess) recognizes Jackson, MI as 'the place'. The GOP Prez nominies always come to town at election time .. blah blah .. anyhow, nope- I don't live in Wis. Chey!

And I'm here - just saving the unneccesary unpacking for tomorrow. I'm not feeling all that well tonight for some reason. And the computer is all set up already, so hey - good deal.

And the weather today was horrid for moving! But, it's just my lucky day, the rain stopped just as I started to haul my stuff upstairs
