Ok, I have just been burned by seeing two movies this week, wasting money....after reading reviews...so instead we decided to start a thread where we can give our own reviews. We love to watch movies but would like to watch some that are actually decent...So review here your recommendations...whether it be on DVD or in the Theater.


I will give the review of the one I saw tonight:

Cold Creek Manor

Horribly predictable and slow throughout the entire thing. The previews made it seem as it was actually a suspense thriller. There was no suspense until the last 5 minutes but even then it was predictable.

Another movie we saw this week was Matchstick Men. From a guys point of view is was ok, but definitely slow. I don't think the women would like this one very much at all if any. Maybe a good movie to rent for when the lady in your life goes out but I wouldn't spend the money for it in the theater.

One thumb down and one thumb sideways.

Interesting thread. I have not been to the movie lately. But this sounds like this could be good.
