I admit I am stealing the format from Dirty Bear, but I asked for permission first and want to give him a big thumbs up for the format.
I also want to thank Molly for her input in getting it set up.

I had this idea for a new movie thread, I hope you all like it.
The premise of it is that pretty much all shows have mistakes in them whether it be factual errors, continuity errors, visibility errors, whatever.
What I will do is give the movie then list a few scenes from it and what type of mistake it is – factual, continuity, visual, etc. The players will then need to find the mistake in that scene. Some will be obvious, some you will need to dig a little to find. Some movies will have more than others. Some scenes may have more than one mistake, but I’ll be looking for one particular one with each.
Mistake Definitions:
Factual: Information given in the movie is false either because it doesn’t fit in the timeline of the movie, or it is just simply not true.
Continuity: Items change from view to view in the same scene. For example, a clock shows different times when shown repeatedly in the scene
Visible crew/equipment: Equipment or crew can be seen in reflections or by not being hidden well enough.
Revealing: Something happens that is not physically possible. For example, in the movie Titanic - When Rose breaks Jack's handcuffs with an axe she doesn't hit the handcuffs on the pipe but Jack's hand. The handcuffs come apart by themselves.
Other: Could be damn near anything from wrong era clothing to computer enhancement errors.
Once again, I admit to the rip-off ... but for consistency's sake, here are the rules as found in DB's movie mania II thread:
The thread will basically be short comps, and the first to get 25 points wins that comp and the top 3 get awarded gold silver and bronze and get their names in the Hall of Fame, which I will edit into this thread. Once someone gets 25... the scores all revert to zero and we start again. So if you miss some, you will be level soon.
I hope that is clear. Any questions, please don't hesitate to PM me.
OK.. here's the boring bit...
PLEASE note a few rules...
1. You may only answer ONE from each movie in a 24 hour period from the movie being posted ….. But the first one to arrive gets choice of questions. Once that’s answered they gain a point and must wait the 24 hours before answering another.
2. Once all the mistakes for that movie have been answered another movie will be posted and the clock re-sets.
3. You can only attempt to answer ONCE in the 24 hours. So... if you are WRONG..... that is your go used up. You cannot answer again. For example... if someone answered incorrectly, they would be frozen out for the 24 hours. This is to give people offline at the time a chance. The same applies if you answer correctly and just get beaten to the answer.
4. Also... no editing of posts ... even for typos... as we don't know what has been edited. An edited post will be void.
5. Could you PLEASE number your answer, so there is no ambiguity over which one you are answering. Thank you.
First movie up soon …
