Movie Mad Libs (kinda sorta writerly, but maybe not)

Okay, I'm sure you've all heard of Mad Libs before. You know the word "puzzles" where you tell a story by filling in the blanks with parts of speech (adverbs, adjectives, verbs, etc)

Well, Movie Mad Libs is similar. You tell a story using movie titles. Just like Mad Libs, it can be funny and often senseless.

So here's an example:

He rode the MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN through THE FOG to find THE COLOR PURPLE not to his liking. He called his friend SHAFT and asked if he could borrow his NATIONAL TREASURE but forgot he had to DIAL "M" FOR MURDER.

Yeah, that one was lame, but it's the best I could come up with.

I used to have the puzzle books of Mad Libs and it had the paragraphs with the blank lines and the part of speech required for the blank lines underneath them. Way before the age of computers

"I'll tell you what," he said at last. "I'll do ROBOCOP but that's it. Then you can CANNONBALL RUN."
