move taskbar?

How do I move the windows desktop taskbar?

Usually it sits nicely at the bottom of my screen, and it is locked to remain there.
Our lovely toddler has somehow managed to unlock it, and move it so that it sits down the left side of the screen very annoyingly.

It's not the first time this has happened, but I'm tired of spending hours trying to get the darn thing to move back. I know there must be a trick to it.

right click on the bar and make sure its not set on "locked" then click and drag it back to the bottom, once itrs there, lock it again

I can't just click and drag. When I do that it will only make it wider across the screen. Darn stubborn thing.

DUH!

I should click on the taskbar, not the edge of it huh!?
