It's kind of hard to beat getting impregnated by their own sons. Not sure how often that's been done here in stories, but it's definitely there.
 
The first chapter of TheHumpMan's Katie's Cravings has one of my all-time favorite seduction scenes between a mom and her son's frenemy John. The build-up is silly but it's also so damn hot. And I consider Seanathon's Girl Scout Mom one of the all-time hottest stories on the site, but the oral and handjob scene with all the guys at the bachelor party is ridiculously hot in particular (skip forward to Randy's section if you just want to read that scene).
 
By the way, I didn't mean to imply that there was anything erotic about that, but it certainly is notable.
 
I have stories about women who happen to be moms, but their motherhood is completely incidental to the plots. Their children are usually in their teens, and they are mentioned but certainly not depicted. I'm specifically referring to the interlinked stories about Holly Sykes, Tiffany Harris, and Susan Coleman, the three WASP-y New York divorcées. There is also Alexandria in https://classic.literotica.com/s/encountering-alexandria. Near the end she reveals that she is also divorced and has a daughter. In all of these cases the women want to keep their privacy and not discuss their personal lives with their offspring.

I know, maybe not as hot and crazy as some people wish.
 
Bec in I'll Need to Change the Sheets is my hottest mum. The story opens in a cafe (it's an EB story, that's a frequent venue) with her six month old child in a push-chair.

The story that got me going on writing mom-son incest, more than any other, is probably Spacer X's crazy and infinitely long incest romp Six Times A Day. It has the most ludicrous premise of any erotic story ever, but it's tons of fun. It's the best example I can think of of an "innocent and virtuous mother drawn reluctantly (sort of) into an incestuous relationship with her son" story. The light-hearted, wink-wink playful style of the story influenced me a lot when years later I started writing my own stories.

Much of the story is published here at Literotica, but some of the chapters have been removed, possibly because they were found to have violated Lit content rules. The best way to see the story is to search for it and go to the author's site, where it is in its complete and illustrated form.
 
Taking Care of Mom is my hottest Mom story. Her son's best friend offers to take care of things around the house for her, when her son moves away. But he does a lot more than mow the lawn when he walks in on Mom getting herself off with one of her toys.

I saw this post a few weeks ago and decided to use it as starting point for my first Incest/taboo story. Seeing what works for readers and what might not, I think I've crafted a hot Mother's Day story about a son returning home to the house of his youth and resuming his spying on his mother from a crack in the ceiling only to be outsmarted by her into doing what she desires.

As for the Holy Shit Yes nature of the OP's forum post, I think I have at least two or three good ones in this story, but I hesitate to mention them here as they would spoil the moments when they arrive.

Since this is my virgin effort, I would appreciate any feedback on any part. I do think the sex in this story is intense, but I'm obviously biased.
