Here's my idea. Bear with me:
A single mom in her early-to-mid-40's lives with her 18 year old son. Through some chance encounter with a hypnotist (part of psychotherapy, quitting smoking, or a stage show, whatever). She's compelled to mentally go back to the person she was ~25 years ago, when she was about 17/18.
For some reason, the hypnotist is unable to change her back right away, so the son has to take her home. He's surprised to find she's a lot more fun than her normal, slightly fussy personality (for comparison, think the difference between the initial 1985 Lorraine and the 1955 Lorraine from "Back to the Future").
Since she thinks she's a teen (even if she looks in the mirror), the idea of having a teenage son doesn't register with her. Instead, since he resembles his father, she just sees him as a cute boy her age.
Eventually, she digs her old high school cheerleader uniform out of the closet, assuming she's still on the squad, which the son admits turns him on.
She convinces him to take her out (still in the cheerleader outfit, of course) and the two have a night on the town. They get into bars with fake ID's (well, HIS is a fake ID, anyway) and have a fun night getting into trouble doing things his mother would never do.
They finally end the night parked at make-out point, where they proceed to, well, make out for a while. Feeling bolder, the son runs his hands up and down her thighs a few times, and she finally tells him she's ready and wants him to take her. Unable to resist, he does just that.
Eventually, the mother is returned to her normal self (if a bit more easygoing) and seems to have no more recollection of the night than as a half-remembered dream. The son, for his part, decides to learn hypnotism, so they can repeat it someday...
What do you think?
