I have to agree with previous post, all 4 face in bed but add to that hands behind my back holding my elbow and him pulling my hair. And if I let one of the hands go he will slap me until I put the hand back

I think there are many moments when I feel truly submissive but if I am put in the "humble" or "table" positions I really focus on being in that space.
