First one was a couple of hours ago when he discussed things like Saddan Hussein's glasses and beret and the hairline and generally gave a ridiculous "analysis" about whether or not Saddam or Double read that speech last night. He killed a solid six minutes with that one. I like and respect Rather, but geez Louise the man really goes to some long lunches sometimes.

Could it be any worse...

....than the idiotic little fluff tart that CNN has on Abe Lincoln. Who's idea of something "news worthy" was to have the "backseater" of a Tomcat wave at the camera befor his cat shot.

Jesus H Christ she got so gushy that you just knew she was wet to the knees.

Where the fuck are the Edward R Murrow's when you need them?!?!?!?!

I know, my wife and I were watching the CNN report and we couldn't believe it. She was actually all breathy about getting her guy to wave to us from the cockpit. I swear, when they came back to her ten minutes later I thought she was going to say, "Okay, I've got 10 Marines ready to sing 'I'm a Little Teapot'. Hold on!"

Nobody's gonna bring up the infamous "What's the frequency, Kenneth" incident from the early 80s? :p

I saw that on CNN International.
