I would imagine that would be Emmah. Her story is sitting about 500,000 views ahead of second place in the Toplist's "Top Viewed" page.
Of course there's no way of telling without looking over every single author and each story to find out how many views each story has and adding them up. If she's only got the one story, then I've dwarfed her with my 54 different stories, poems, and whatnot.
