I think the biggest mistake I've ever seen is the skin tight clothing on plus sized women. Wear clothes that fit and you will look fabulous, wear them too big and they make you look bigger where them too small and they make you look biggger.

Now I can understand the shell suit, but the "Fanny Pack"? When my wife and I go to the nude beach or even downtown it comes in quite handy. Best place in the world to carry those little things you just can't do without. (ie. wallet, cell phone, extra ammo? etc. etc.)

I am a plus sized woman and it just seems to be the expectation of clothing distributors that we are all a) short b)old c)color blind d)into leggings. WTF really. I do no tlike big bright floral prints. Not all women are 5'2" and I will not display my large size by wearing spandex. I'm sorry but I want clothes that are reasonably modern and tasteful. I dress damned nice for my size but I don't get women who insist that leggings and skin tight spaghetti strapped tank tops really work on them. news flash if you weigh over 200 lbs and are under 5'10" IT DOESN"T!!!

Okay, I have two, white undies of any sort with white slacks/pants, yuck! If I wanted to know what style you wore, Id ask you out! Do people not realize you can see right through white slacks/ pants?

The second is girls, now Im saying girls because usually its young ladies around 15-17 that I see doing this, but I have seen older ladies trying to look 15-17 doing this as well. Belly tops with low slung jeans- WTF if you have a wash board stomach go right a head, but if you have that little pouch that tends to poof up over the waist band, cover up a little. Higher jeans (not waist high) lower top what ever, you do not look attractive with it jiggling all over the place!!

Okay so now I have three, we were at a water park last weekend, now I have all the support in the world for a plus size woman that has the confidence to wear a bathing suit to a public water park but... This lady should NOT have wore a BIKINI!!! Not sure of the comparison I asked hubby, how close is she to my size? His comment was, you are no where near as big as she is! I am 200+ and this lady had thighs the size of my waist!! NO SHIT!! You could fit a family of four on her lap, and she was wearing a BIKINI, NO not a TANKINI an actuall BIKINI!!!
I didnt put my suit on for other reasons, but would have felt uncomfortable out there as it was, but the guts this lady had to wear what she did, I commend her!

SeaCat, when you wear the fanny pack do you wear it like a sporn low in front shading the goods? lmao
