When people are out in public, they have no right to privacy. No one does. That's the law. Don't believe me? Look it up. It's only when you seek the shelter of privacy that you gain the legal protections of the courts when it comes to photos or videos taken of you by someone else. If any of those skimmers had gone behind a fence to take a leak, then they would be afforded the right to privacy (though, ironically, they would then be guilty of public indecency had they been caught by a police officer). Because they were in a public place, in full view of any persons who were also there, they have no right to privacy. I could take as many photos as I want and post them anywhere I want with no criminal ramifications.

That doesn't mean I could sell the photos for use in commercial advertising. Commercial use of the photos is completely different and requires a model release from every identifiable person in the photo. ("Commercial use" does not include my sale of the photos for personal gain. It only means that the images cannot be used to sell products or services through the images' use in advertising.)

As for the models that have posed for me in public or in my studio, those images do indeed have signed releases in my files. I can do with those photos anything I want, within the contractual obligations of the release forms.
