Mom the Supervillain

I had a couple ideas today and this one seemed to stick.

In a fictional, non-copyright infringing setting, a girl becomes a superhero and decides to take on a rather infamous super villain who has been plaguing her city. The supervillain has gained her notoriety, not for violence or destruction but rather for the fact that she publicly humiliates any superhero who goes up against her. She's spanked and flogged her arch-enemies on live tv, made them walk around like dogs while wearing collars, and has even stolen their durable costumes in exchange for flimsy tights which are far more skimpy and even fall apart.

At first the supervillain laughs off this new brat but after her plan to turn the moon into a diamond is foiled, she has a knockdown, drag-out brawl against her and wins, taking her out in front of the public and repeatedly striking her with a ray that causes orgasms so the hero's wight costume suddenly becomes wet and dripping.

Right as the supervillain is about to begin a second humiliation, she stops to try and call her daughter to make sure she's okay...which leads to the hero's phone going off.

Another alternative I had is that the supervillian's daughter is a normal young woman who discovers her mother is a supervillian after getting access to a secret room in her house. The girl is frightened at first as her mother always raised her to be more in line with the superheroes in her city.

She then accesses her mother's PC and finds sextapes of many of the famous superheroes in her town. However, she notes that the films seem to be fully consensual and the heroes are aware of the cameras. The girl then confronts her mother about the tapes.

Another possibility is that one of the tapes has her mother having sex with her best friend, who is a superhero. The daughter is pissed that her mother slept with her friend but is also just as mad that her friend let her worry about her when it was publicized on the news that she had been captured by a supervillian when she was just in this room, having an affair
