Mom grows dick

Unless the very process of growing said dick is itself a wanted and enjoyed part of the story in length, I would second the sentiment that the how is rather unimportant distraction.

For use of magic, I would go with something like a magic strapon that absorbs into her body and becomes her own, upon a wish, a spell or nature of the object, or no explicit explanation at all. Or maybe even better, she play with double-ended dildo, and while she masturbates, she wish it was really her own dick so strongly it becomes so, right under her fingers.

For syfy, well, you have to mess with hormones at least and really genetics, and to be realistic, an oversized clit is best you can end with -- but it won't squirt. To import that and all, well, that's so involved the magic is more believable to start with. Alien symbiote or body sculpting nanites are just other names for the same, and so are super points or (failed?) gene therapy.

ETA: but of course, actually, passable and usable dicks are made on the surgical table, for over half a century at least by now. I really don't know the details of how functional those are, and perhaps that may differ by surgeon and case.

You seem to hook on that word and idea a lot and display rigid preconceptions... that are rather surprising to me, but I realize I may be the strange one. Where I live, it goes without saying that every woman is a witch (ragana), at least a latent one. In practice, witches were the medics and midwives, knowing the herbs and life. Nowadays, well, it's said that it's impossible to teach national literature or even just grammar and not to become a witch, so you can't get trough school without showing great respect to at least one.

(Joke or not, when we deal with language where analytical verb forms count between three and eight hundred... Nobody knows exactly, it's subject of heated academic debate how many there's exactly, moreover or rather, what should count or not, like, do the noun and adjective forms of gerunds count, or moods, and so on...)

Yes a witch is to be feared, a bad one can "place an eye" or "word" you, in spite, for personal gain, or even for hire, and your cows will stop giving milk, or it will spoil much too soon... Well... almost nobody has cows anymore, but men may go weak and wasted for no reason. But the only defense against a witch is, another witch, of course! So you ought to have your own, cherish and love her so she doesn't cast you into a frog. No, nope, she can't do that, not literally, the magic we practice is never provable, purely mental. Except for herbs, but that's really just medicine, with is all poison of course, natural or "chemicals" no much different.

Just wanted to comment, that for us, so called "pagans" (with is just slander, in our godkeeping case, really, we never use godlet in plural) to call woman a witch is praise at least as often as an insult.
I'd not fear them at all, but *this* story idea is one interesting one to put it mildly.

The idea of the magical sex-toy idea *could* be logical, but that'd also appear to indicate that the mom's spouse is in fact the stepmom of her children; go figure.
The idea of the magical sex-toy concept *is* a plausible idea; and if you really are worried about the message: remember fairytales; that element of the mom being basically an occultist *is* also found in those; and the type of item *does* indicate that she's "wedded" her *female* partner- so the emphasis I'd use, and in good conscience, is that of a social commentary fairytale of a sort.
Course, therein, it is also likely as not that she has cast a spell on her "wife" to get her to marry herself; maybe something intertwined with that, but that'd in and of itself play *very* fast and loose with regard to consent; very similar to the antics of Arthur Pendragon's half-sister, the one who "snuggled" with him when he had no possible idea it was even happening, let alone having given consent!
That's one very dysfunctional family he's got, let me tell ye!

Scifi has promise in that regard as well- who knows? herein a LOT of genres get mixed up, especially when magical practices involve asking spiritual aliens for help: that mixes science-fiction with fantasy and actually combines in there some quality CNT Computer Science; go figure- but the question one should be asking is *who* they're trying to dial up to begin with.
