Massages are a very common trope and they should be, it's an incredibly intimate experience. Between two people who love one another, it's amazing. My wife trained as an MT but never pursued it as a career. I would frequently volunteer as a subject in her classes. Spouses were encouraged to do so. It's very hard not to get an erection when you're being massaged. More women saw the bulge of my hard-on under the towel than my wife was happy with. It often preceded a very energetic bout of sex that night.

In the OPs scenario, I can imagine the FMCs son, volunteering for her classes and she sees the other women's interest in him. She tells herself that he's a grown man and she shouldn't be jealous. It's not a story I'd do, but I can understand the interest.

My variation of the story would be, that the mother indeed practices with her son, but in an innocent fashion.
As she starts earnest, she also gives happy endings. Her massages become more sensual, so when she practices again, her son gets an erection. And without further ado she gives him a happy ending too. There I would actually have little dialog, and more inner dialog.
