It's a hot idea with tons of potential, but I think you need to work with the trigger to make it believable. These kinds of stories are hotter when they make you believe it could happen. You've got to stretch it out.

So maybe mom tells son that for 24 hours she'll be his Genie and grant his wish. He makes innocent wishes at first. He asks what he can wish for and she tells him whatever he wants as long as it's not expensive (because she doesn't have money) and within reason. But over time "within reason" changes.

Near the end of the 24 hour period he wishes that the genie period will be longer. She says it's cheating but eventually agrees, because she finds she's having fun with it. And as time goes on he get bolder about what he wishes, and she gets bolder about what she'll grant.

At some point he says if she's going to be a genie she has to dress like one. He has her put on a genie outfit he purchased on the cheap on Amazon. Turns out it's a lot sexier than he expected. She finds out she likes showing off. She can't wear a bra with it because it doesn't look good, but with no bra he can see through the top and see her nipples.

Here's a question: do you tell the story from his point of view, or her point of view, or both? You could have a hot story with any of these POVs.

As time goes on they both keep pushing the envelope, until there's no more envelope.

I like the French maid outfit idea, and also mom and son going to the store where she tries on sexy things. Eventually he goes into the dressing room with her.

I think the key here is that she can't promise too much right away. She can't say, out of the blue, she'll be her son's slave, because that's not believable. It happens over time, and they both keep the thing moving forward, each one finding that they like it as the boundaries get pushed.
