this is the idea the eldest son of a married couple returns home on vacation from university to see his mother who, due to illness, has a weak body so her younger brother is almost always taking care of her because her father doesn't want to see his mother spends it at work most of the time.
The eldest son wants to return because lately his mother has been strange when she talks on the phone for some reason, her voice is broken and as if she could not speak and her younger brother usually picks up the phone to end the call when she gets home she notices that her mother looks happier when asking why she replies that it is because her younger brother has been taking care of her

a good story needs action, conflict, resolution.

Since the older brother comes home rather unexpectedly as I gather, he probably gets an eyeful of the unsuspecting two in action.

While that much could fully be a free-standing scene report voyeur stroke story in it's own right...

...a real story there then could be in what he does next.

How long he watches before storming in or sneaking away? Do he take pictures first? How does he use the newfound information? What is his new goal in this situation? Taking no action, for now, and silently continuing to enjoy repeated scenes of said love-making is valid, and not necessarily least interesting for the volatility of the situation.

But if he chooses or feels forced to act, whom he approach and/or confronts first? Does the elder son blackmail his younger brother or the ill mother? Do he collude with the lovers instead of rattling them out to the dad, or goes to do just that right away, or happen to later, perhaps even unintentionally?

Either way, what's the dad's reaction? Does he refuse to believe his son's accusations without evidence, was already suspicious but doesn't care, or gets totally unreasonably mad, or reacts in some other way entirely?

Does the son then go out on a fact finding mission against his brother and mother, have to constrain dad's madness, or has to reconcile his own confusion that everyone else seems happy for how things are?

And of course, the most topical question... that probably must be formulated rather not as "does he?" but "when?" and "how?" he gets to fuck his mother himself?

but a good story needs not just the dramatic tenson of "will they get caught" but also some resolution - they are caught or not. Probably caught, because that leads to "how does that affect the family dyanmics". Another twist would be they don't get caught, but only because older brother and father are lovers, so disctracted and don't really care.
a 750 word stroker with no real plot might find an audience, if the sex is explicit enough, but is more a scene than a story. Very few experienced authors would be looking to write that.
