God, I was playing Twister when I was 10 years old...

there's a very large vinyl "sheet" that you lay out on the floor...
it has a row of yellow circles, a row of green circles, a row of red and a row of blue.
Then there's a cardboard "plate" I guess is the best word for it, with a spinner on it. one person is in charge of the spinner. On it are these categories... right foot, left foot, right hand, left hand. and under each category are the 4 colors. they "flick" it, making the arrow go around, and whatever category it lands on, and the color, they call out to the group. Such as... left hand red.... everyone on the sheet has to put their left hand on a red circle. Next could be right foot green... same scenario. Next could be left foot blue... which is funny to see, because the row of blue circles is all the way over on the other side of the sheet... and with 4 people playing... you can get very twisted up.... Hence the name "Twister"
