I am not sure I can answer this question with a one off outright response however I shall attempt ..

For myself mind games can be more erotic...why you may ask..well for one the visual stimulation is all in ones head, one is using their imagination the brain is the most powerful erogenous zone we have ...this is possibly the one area where women & men differ. Men like/have to have that visual stimuli in order to connect in some way with the person they are *with* even in a fantasy scenario. I personally do not have to think about any particular person in order to achieve release....obviously by contrast if I chose to, then the release can be that much sweeter :p ...Mind games allow you to explore your fantasies that perhaps you wouldn't feel comfortable with in r/l...and this in turn allows us to become more expressive and perhaps confident & adventurous in r/l situations..although not every fantasy scenario has to be realised in order for it to be erotic or pleasurable...

Now which do I find most satisfying...I think you probably know my response, a combination of all three would be my honest answer...the mind games could also be part of the *foreplay*...then the physical foreplay..and finally complimented by the actual penetration..
