Well, i was stubbornly not going to do so - but im afraid, i just had to! Last night was unbearable, even although all the windows were open! Tonight, with luck, the fan will cool down the bedroom before i get there!!

Did you run far then?? I dont know about you, but i find running is just too much for my less than small 'attributes'!! Even sports bras dont seem to keep them in place enough!!! I prefer more gentle, low impact exercise like swimming, and power walking.

I tend to run about 5 miles..and I dont have a prob with my boobs really use a good sports bra & a fab Nike cropped top and they hardly move heheheh I actually prefer running on a treadmill though....​
