Moderating vote; discussion of change of moderators

Moderating vote

No offence to Killer Muffin, who has done a wonderful job in the past, but is absent. Pure seems to be the non-moderating moderator. I would like to propose, with his permission, moderator status to Laurel.

I was on the brink of PMing him a number of times just to ask why the hell hasn't he talk to Laurel about it yet! It's obvious he's doing a great job at it, and the forum needs a moderator.

This forum NEEDS a moderator, if for nothing else organization and I think it is a shame the powers that be let it flounder like this.


Yes! Pure for moderator would be my vote.


A Moderator mainly for posts that do not belong here moved to where they do belong (which is done on all busy boards with great success and need)

To clear it out so the purpose of this forum can be seen and used better, especially by newcomers who do not know the ropes and which the jumble confuses.

I have been visiting SDC for a long time, even back when KM was active. Back then there were not any posts in SDC that did not belong, because I am certain KM must have moved the threads to more appropriate areas.

That is just one of the glaring areas that an active moderator is greatly need here.

I think maybe 4 to 5 months ago ( it still must be showing on the main thread here) several people that regularly participate in SDC said they emailed Laurel to ask for an active moderator. That appeared not to work, so maybe if other mods from other forums become involved it might prove more successful?
