All those billboards seem to have gone recently though - at least on here - that's why I wondered if there had been something done to cut down on them?

No, there are plenty of horrendously large ones out here still. Seems worse on the PG though, and F&S. I kill as many of the images as I can, but there isn't much to do about the excessive line counts, overly large fonts and multiple colors.

Blatant advertising with off site links bugs me to no end.

That's what I'm talking about, girlfriend. Childbirth is the REASON they invented pain meds, spinal or otherwise.

I don't know.
I had 8 kids, 6 vaginal births and then a c section for my twins. 2 of the vaginal births were unmedicated and those were the 2 best births of all. I got right up after I had them, showered, was alert and recovered better. The pain...yeah it hurt but I just sang song lyrics in my head and knew when I got to a certain part in the song, the contraction would be gone.

I've had epidurals and they were miserable. Headache and back pain for days after.
Had stadol right in the crotch after my first unmedicated birth, the dr just did it without even asking! She said after that she didn't want me to be in pain for the stitches.

My own comment on my own story had to go to moderation so there does seem to be a clampdown going on. Earlier comments I made went straight through.
