Nokia mobile phones seem to be the only ones that work?

I once had a foreign cell phone, but it went almost immediately broken. :cattail:

Probably because it was a foreign phone or it may of been a dud or a lemon. Most cells will last if you take care of them.

My old LG flipphone worked perfect for 5 1/2 yrs. Then it died in the middle of a call. Just plain fried. My new LG phone has lotsa cute gadgets, half the battery life, and has trouble getting a good signal in direct eyesight of a tower.

My very first cell was a Nokia. It worked fine for the 2 yrs I had it, then dropped that carrier and advised my former service guy exactly where he could install it ;)

I have two phones because being in the recruitment business I get a heap of incoming traffic, and it's handy to have a second phone that only I know the number of. Said second phone is a Nokia dating to November 1999. It's pretty basic but does the job.
