Alas, I am culinarily challenged, and I dined at Clancy's Crab Boiler. The teardrop salad, though, looked simple: teardrop tomatoes, cherry tomatoes (all cut in half), cucumber, basil, chopped shallots, and a simple vinaigrette dressing.

The fish was also very simple, an olive oil/lime juice marinade and then grilled.

As for the rice, it was a basic pilaf with chopped grilled veggies added: eggplant, red pepper, onion, mushroom.

I really stuffed myself with that rice.
