Haven't indulged in this conglomeration, but it's been all the rage for a few years back in Louisiana...their two contributions to modern culture are this and Boudreaux's Butt Paste.

I've heard of people putting a cornish hen inside the chicken, but I'm not sure how you'd work that into the name...and the name is the most fun part of it, I think.
