I've stopped using the little cup cap, and now just gauge my dosage by the mouth feel. I bought cherry flavored to help with the gag factor, but I don't think it makes much of a difference.

Acetaminophen is some rank nasty shit, but oh I love that "snuffly, sneezy, wheezy, achy-head medicine so I can rest".
