It helps if the two guys are bi, it helps alleviate a lot of the one upping one another
 
Turned down one once, I was dating a guy kind of casually and he and a friend tried to make it happen with no discussion beforehand. I rejected the notion immediately because the offer came as a complete surprise but I sometimes wish I'd made a different choice. I have friends who have done this and all had great experiences.

This is an important note. Please consider carefully before proceeding.
 
I've done MFM and MMF (being bi, this is a particular favorite of mine), and I recommend either of them very highly.

For the woman, there definitely needs to be a high level of trust-at least in their primary partner, but preferably with both guys.

Between the guys, being bi/bicomfortable in super helpful-but even if it's two straight guys, as long as they aren't weird about incidental contact, it doesn't have to be a big deal.

The big key for ALL THREE is communication. Set and respect boundaries, pay attention to everyone who is participating, and be ok with stopping if someone feels uncomfortable. The sexual energy in that sort of situation is incredible and it can definitely be a lot of fun for everyone involved!
