Or maybe a shy girl moves into an apartment formerly rented by a notorious prostitute. Furtive men keep showing up and expecting to get awesome sex for money. At first she is embarrassed and just slams the door on them. But then she loses her job, and isn't sure how she'll pay the rent.....

Interesting idea, has he turned the club into something new or is it still a club but not a swinging club.

I had an idea where a man buy an upscale house (on a cheap "urgent" deal), and then accept a prepaid delivery, a large box in which he finds... either an incredibly lifelike android or a living girl playing a sex doll, it's not quite clear, not even to herself it seems.

I was said it's nothing new, although I haven't read such a story (nor have actively searched for). Anyway, if I tried to write that, it probably would derail into techno thriller.
