its always been that color...i think you can just see it in these pics because they are illuminated by natural sun light instead of my yellow tinged lamp light (which my cam overcompensates for with blue tint....hence negating the red....). <shrug> anyways....when ya gonna come chat me up??

It's not all its cracked up to be, especially when you can't just swoop in and save the day all the time. For even though I do possess many Superman-like qualities (bulging bisceps and heroic mind-set aside), Supes has never been whole without his lois. To Know a Stranger

A Stranger passed me by.
Why do I sulk?
Who was this Stranger?
Dark face and all...
Yet remembered as bright as daybreak.
I said hello once,
Only once.
I wasn't to see them again.
Yet I was to know them still,
as if by dream or nightmare.
Still, if I were to gaze upon their face,
they would not become familiar.
For the knowing that we share,
Cannot be touched, by eye or by ear or by skin.
Physicality would soil it's nature.
When this stranger passed me by,
My senses were as a dark, shapeless face,
But my heart was as bright as daybreak.
So I asked my heart, "Who is this stranger?",
My heart asked me who am I...
I told my heart that I am me...
My heart told me I am dark,
As if taking the form of a shapeless face.
I asked myself who my heart is,
Only to come to realise that this "heart" doesn't exist.
The Stranger still haunts me,
I know this Stranger.
Or I knew this Stranger....
Their presence is dominating,
Frighteningly dominating...
Almost as if this knowing that we share,
Were something that holds power over both light and dark,
Something of non-duality.
In my heart I am as daybreak,
Engulfing the darkness within light.
If this sun should rise over my dark, shapeless face,
Perhaps the Stranger would recognize me,
Perhaps the Stranger wouldn't...
Or perhaps what I once shared with this Stranger,
Is only remember in history,
A history wiped from our conscious,
But not from our soul.
For I know something of this Stranger,
That is, I knew something of this Stranger.
And that is that this Stranger knows me,
Or knew me....
Either way,
It was of a dream.
Or perhaps it was of reality,
Only to be taken away,
Without mercy,
Long ago.....
Only to be rekindled again.
Scripted to a book,
That only our future lives can continue.
