(Mis)Learning from Porn

I have recently discovered the "Sex with Emily" podcast in iTunes, which is a combination of humor and serious sex talk. The host, Emily Morse, often mentions the downside of thinking that watching porn is a good way to learn about sex, particularly for men.

It got me wondering... do people learn anything from porn that helps in real life? So, here are a few questions. Wherever possible - tell the story behind the answer, because that's where the real fun is!

1. When was your first exposure to porn? What was the situation?
2. What sort of porn turns you on the most? (Threesomes, amateur, orgies, BDSM, gay or lesbian, etc.)
3. Is porn something you watch completely alone, or do you watch with a partner?
4. Has watching porn somehow made your sex better? How?
5. Have you (or a partner) ever tried anything you "learned" from porn that was a total disaster? What happened?
6. If not from porn, how have you learned about sex and all its variations?
7. What's your best story related to porn? (Hottest, funniest, most embarrassing, etc.)
