We were out on our motorbike, with friends following...a clear road, a decent day...a car pulled out of a junction...we couldn't avoid it...catapulted along the road....

This reminds me very much of an incident many years ago, like 1979/80 when I bought a Honda 250N £799, and that was NEW. How much would a similar machine cost these days.............

It was christams and I had been out as usual helping as a rodie with a large mobile disco in the area(the DJ was my best man when I got married) I was on the way home and it was about 12.30 - 1.00 at night and it was snowing. I was going along a road out of town, houses both sides of the raod, and there was a car across the road reversing into a driveway. I didnt see it in time due to the weather (thats my excuse) and I hit the front wheel arch on the drivers side rolled over the bonnet and fell in a heap in the road.I felt ok anmd was alright, and my first words were "My bike, my bike, is my bkie alright". Needless to say it was written off coz the front forks wer damaged too much.

*flops down onto sofa*

As a Wiccan, I am ashamed to say I lost my way for a while, and almost turned my back on my faith. Fortunately, I have found the path again, and have regained the calm and peace of my religion.

Blessed Be

I shall post this on my other thread also
