I does make sense that when you oppress a group of people via racism it is only a matter of time before they fight back.

Sounds like there is a lot of racism in Minnesota in the police force that led up to the George Floyd murder and a record number of those police have left this year. In the long term, getting rid of brutal racist police will be a good thing for all the people up there.

Newsflash guys....the police are a direct if not the most 1:1 reflection of the city/state government that there is. They are the force application officials by which the state enforces it's laws/policy.

The Chief of Police runs the department. The Mayor and Council normally are charged with making the decision on who to hire as the C.O.P.

After that, Mayor and Council are not involved, as is required by the US constitution on the separation of powers....fuck he is just so stupid.....
