I'm currently writing a story in which there is the sentence: 'She considered herself an expert on sex, having first done it when she was 15 and gone through seven boyfriends in the next three years.'

I know that Lit's rules are ' No U-18 sex at all' but are you allowed to mention it in passing. This is the only mention of it in the entire story.

Earl, I'm pretty sure it's okay, because in one of my stories I mention one character losing his virginity at thirteen and the other one talking about his own first time at sixteen.

I think as long as you don't write it any erotic context, but just as a stated fact like you're doing you won't have a problem with it.

jfinn is correct; that statement should pass muster just fine.

Virginity

I once mentioned a nine year old losing her virginity to a 43 year old brother. That passed the censorship, so yours should be okay.

Thanks all. Where have you been WH? You've been AWOL for a while.

I'm curious if my newest HP-piece will pass. It has several minors in it. Minors drinking lemonade, minors dancing at a school christmas party, minors discussing music bands... They aren't involved in anything sexual, but they are there. A lot.:(

And the story would loose a lot of its greatness if I wrote them out of it.

Humble, humble

Hiya, Svenska, you Swedish cutie. Your humility is one of your many traits I've always admired.
