Mineral water

I happen to like Pelligrino, or whatever......

I just don't drink it that often. My well water is better.

I never notice the label on the water, just drink it, never look at the water for that matter either

you should drink two litres a day or more if your in a very hot climate, you can tell how dehydrated you are by you pee, if it yellow and smelly then you need water right away and if it's clear and odourless then your ok

My urine is crystal clear and has no smell. I was worried when a lady doctor friend of mine told me we should drink enough water each day and that coffee, tea, sodas and blood are not counted.

I understand Trinity Springs is the best water you can find in this world for drinking.

Yeah the pee thing is something that the Brit army teach their soldiers.

I hardly ever drink water. Shame on me!

But if I do, it's out of the Brita filter. I'm not buying that overpriced stuff. Why pay a dollar or a quarter for a plastic bottle?

Thanks very much you guys for your responses. I'm an avid traveller and I notice that the taste of water differs in many countries. Normally when travelling, I drink Evian or Perry.

I didnt know that

"Note that in the USA it is not allowed to advertise mineral water as beneficial for your health. "

Tap water for me. And it's supposed to be 1/2 a gallon a day, as a rule of thumb. But I've heard that there is a calculation based on your weight or some such.

in blind tasting perrier always comes bottom of the list for flavour

thanks. The actual spelling should be Perrier. It is said that if we do not take too many sweet drinks or food, our taste buds improved and we can differentiate the different types of bottled mineral water.

You should not drink carbonated mineral water, because the body needs to sacrifice vitamins and minerals in order to process the carbonation, thus defeating the purpose. Or something.

Of course you're right! Perrier is carbonated, isn't it?
