Mindfuck

I've often seen the phrase "mindfuck" used as a generic term for screwing with someone's head.

However, it occurs to me that the term can also be used in a more..**** context. Any ideas?

Mine:

A telepath gets his kicks causing random people to experience the physical sensations of sex from out of the blue, and enjoying the resultant confusion and/or embarassment.
