Mind control bully story

Hello everyone.
I’m looking for a story I read some time ago. I don’t remember the title or the author, but it was about a guy being bullied and finding out about two magic words he can use to mind control people. He uses them on his bully making him obey while being aware of it, and he also uses it on his bully’s unaware family members. I’m kinda sure it was no more than one or two chapters.
