Get over the fear of poop, honey. LOL, seriously you need to get an enema bag and learn how to use it. Being a "part time girl" i do it all the time. It will come very clean and you can stick your fingers in there without getting anything on them. Long fingernails are a little dangerous tho so be careful if you have them. Remember it is a sensitive area. Take your time, and build up to it. You cannot just jump into it or it will not be enjoyable for you.
