Milk, good for the bones.

Eat green leafy vegetables instead. They have calcium too.

And, due to the lower protein, which uses calcium in digestion, green leafy veggies' calcium is actually greater.

Yeah green veggies!

Plus cows are farting up the environment, but that is another methane tale.

Plus, the calcium in milk is tied to casein, which means much less of it is absorbed by the body.

And it makes me phlegmy.

Maybe but I can't pour Lettuce into my bowl of Lucky Charms in the morning.

Bumping a milk thread, as threatened.

Gonna go have my milk and cookies. Night all.

So drink it whether you like it or not.

actually too much has the opposite effect and can cause the body to start leeching calcium from the bones. Adults should limit their consumption of dairy products. Remember, cow's milk is primarily designed for baby cows, not adult humans.

I prefer mine as butter or icecream, but that's just me.

Laurel, nobody likes to see Phlegmy kitties. Although I did have this barn cat named Fred Snothead...
