Funny you should ask that question, because I remember reading on the internet about a café that did have waitresses who provided fresh breast milk. It's hard to remember the details, but I think the café was in San Francisco during the "swinging '60s", and customers could have fresh milk in their coffees.

It never ceases to amaze (and please) me how many people are into this type of fantasy. Our culture is (and I am) so breast-obsessed and the natural "purpose" of breasts is to produce milk and feed. And most men have an immediate sexual turn-on reaction to seeing breasts. I find it fascinating that you've had the experience that women don't know a lot of men have this fantasy. As far as I'm aware it's a very common desire of men, but they don't want to share it. I think that might relate to an incestuous link to the mother-son relationship. Most men probably feel if they reveal they'd want to suckle a woman's milky breasts would mean they also have incestuous desires too. Probably nonsense but it's just a thought.

You might be right, but I think it's more likely that some guys don't want to reveal their interest because they're concerned that the woman in question may think they have an "adult baby" fantasy.

When I've revealed my desire to have an ANR relationship, a couple of woman have asked me if the reason for my interest is that I want to be an adult baby.
