Life was treating Creg well so far. Graduating college when he was 23, he was commisioned into the Army as a 2nd Lt. in the Intelligence branch. Now it was almost fifteen years later and he was a Lieutenant Colonel. Despite his age, he was well built and not an onuce of fat on his body. He was of slender build but muscular.
While in College, Creg got married to his High school sweetheart. Things went smoothly for a little while, the money he recieved from the army scholarship giving them enough to raise their daughter while he went to college and then while in the army. However things went downhil between Creg and his wife Eileen because they had to move around so much while he was serving. They got a divorce, but he was able to keep custody of his daughter. They were currently stationed at Fort Bragg.
Creg looked at the clock over his desk and chuckled. It was almost time forhis daughter's baseball game and he had promised to watch her. She was growing up to be a fine young woman and her birthday was coming up soon. As he drove in the baseball field in the HumVee, he was wondering what he was going to get her for her upcoming birthday.
