Muslim terrorists slaughter and the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) "mediates." The Philippines (former American protectorate and 95% Catholic country) has had to give up territory and "share wealth" with these jihadi rebels.

The blast happened on Wednesday (Thursday AEST) in a Rural Transit bus in Carmen town in North Cotabato province, 930km south of Manila, regional commander Colonel Leopoldo Galon said.
