can somebody plz make a miley cyrus or hannah montana story ... ive tried but can't seem to get it right
 
I have a question about that.

I know that stories involving minors are not allowed on Literotica and I totally support that decision. But what if someone wrote a story about Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus and stated at the beginning that it took place in the future and Montana/Cyrus would already be 18/older, would that be ok?
 
I don't know 100%, but I think when real life people (or "real" TV characters) are involved they have to be true to age. Meaning you cannot write a "future" tale when using characters or celebs.

I remember reading past discussions of characters from Full House, and how those girls would all be legal by today's age... And discussion of the Olsen Twins days before their 18th birthday (and debate concerning if they could be characters).
 
Unless specified otherwise charachters are assumed to be 18 on Lit. I'm sure if you sit and look (and check dates) that you can find stories of girls who were underage at the time of publication. You know a M Cyrus story might be a good way to jump start my Starlots to Harlots series again and I want to get back into writing more. So off to the think tank with me!

I think Laurel has had a pretty strong stand about minor aged celebs though. Public figures that are children are obviously well known as children. Guess one would find out if the story was accepted. (Not to mention, if something slips past the censors and someone brings it to Laurel's attention she removes it without warning.)
 
She's underage, and I can guarantee you that no stories of her will be posted until she's no longer underage.

No as long as the story is hanna montanna and not Mile Cyres Per say it can be done as long as you set the story in the show when she is !8 But if you do Miley story It wont get posted till she is !8

Miley Cyrus (although already a cocktease) at 16 is a minor, therefor off limits...BUT.
Hannah Montana is a fictional character, as in she does not exist. A fantasy!
There is nothing wrong with allowing your cock (better yet, my COCK) to induldge thinking of her luscious lips, her pretty pussy, or her nice little ass.
It is wrong and inappropriate to view Miley Cyrus with a sexual mind (she is underage).

Why don't you just do it like this: Write your story about Miley Cyrus (I think Emily Osment should be included). Since Miley (and I guess Emily, too) ain't 18, you can't post it. So finetune it. And maybe write part 2 (I already have some story ideas for a 2 part story - Part 1 first lesbian sex with Emily, Part 2 Billy Ray "accidently" walks in when Miley and Emily are doing it again (I guess Emily told him and since she wants him, too ...))

Now, wait until she turns 18 and then send your story in. That way you will be the first who posts a Miley Cyrus story. I doubt that Lit will accept a story about a future 18y old Hannah Montana, as long as Miley is not 18 yet.

Also what about this: write a story about Hannah Montana once Miley turned 18. Don't write in the age of Hannah in this story. Once she is 18, no one will ask if your fictional Hannah Montana is 18 or 15. Leave it to the fantasy of the reader. Some may prefer a 18 year old Hannah, others will think about her as a 15 year old.

By the way, I would like to tell you a similar story: In the UK, there was this young teenage model called Linsey Dawn McKenzie. She already got very big natural boobs (somewhere around H Cup or bigger at her prime) at a young age. The english media got interested in her, especially this one newspaper that always shows topless girls. In the UK, the legal age for topless pictures is 16. So weeks before her 16th birthday they started a countdown and showed pictures of her dressed. When her 16th birthday finally came, just minutes after midnight, they took topless photos of her for the newspaper.

See what I mean ? Prepare yourself, make yourself ready for Mileys 18th birthday - and than post your story.
 
How silly it looks to be clever or jump through hoops all in the name of legal age.
