Migration Leads To Corruption

Long time widow mom and son migrate to central parts of USA. Son wanted this to happen all of his life, to get a chance to study in USA. Mom is around 60, really conservative prim and proper, has been a widow for nearly 20 years. Son is preparing for Ph.D and really studying hard. Their neigbor or son's professor or a thug has an eye on his mother. No incestual elements should be in it but more like cuckold or watching secretly and enjoying it inside. Mom won't know that the son is watching and does not enjoy herself at first because she was so loyal to her deceased husband and son.

Rape, blackmail or some sleep or sex drug use would be logical. But I couldn't decide which main male character would be more appropriate in the story. Thanks in advance.

And she ends up fulling this guy's fantasies in return for cash to pay her son's final set of tuition fees....

2 different type of stories came in my mind.

Their common point is that son and widow mom migrate to US from a very different culture. Son is studying hard for his PhD. Mom is around 60, sophisticated, friendly and loyal to her son.

First one is;

One neighbor, may be the sheriff in the town has an eye on the mom, dying to get into her pants. His wife/sister becomes the mom's closest friend in the town. He persuades his sister/wife to arrange a welcome party for them. Son cannot attend because he is at the university studying and working late. Before that mom's new friend always tells her to find a boyfriend or fuckbuddy, she desperately needs it, but mom always refuses it. In the party her friend slips a sex drug like spanish fly or some kind of viagra to her drink, making mom get hot. If the party is in a restaurant, her friend leaves before the end and mom sees sheriff (or a normal neigbor) on the road, offering a ride to her home. She would normally refuse it, but cannot think clearly. After some time he parks somewhere and with some reluctance they have sex in the car. She is making things which she hadn't before. Her son is returning from university and sees them in the car kissing and having sex. He has mixed feelings, thinking what this migration made them become. If the party is in neighbor's house than wife/sister leaves them alone somehow. Neigbor makes a move and with some reluctance, mom gives into her desires doing unimaginable things. Son sees them when passing the house through their window and watch in disgust at first then some excitement. The rest is the same.

Second one is;

Son is studying hard but not enough for 100% scholarship. Son's professor/their neighbor has an eye on the widow mom. He is a arrogant and confident person. He offers son a deal, he tells him that he could easily fuck his prim proper mom. If he cannot fuck his mom he will pay half of his tuition, if he does he will give son $100 degrading him like a pimp. Son first gets angry but agrees with the deal, trusting his mom so much. Professor/neigbor then goes to mom, tells her that he know their economical situation and he has a crush on her. Mom gets angry at first but he offers her to pay her son's tuition if she has sex with him with some reluctance she agrees to do that. Giving her instructions he invites her to his home or go to her house. Record some of the action by hidden camera or take some explicit photos of the mom. He gives mom the tuition just as he promised. He goes to son and tells him that he has won the deal. Son does not believe, so he shows the evidence. Son is really upset, professor gives him $100 and taunts him how good his mom was and she was not prim proper really hot. He gets angry but cannot do anything. He goes home and his mom tells him that she paid his tuition, he then understands what has happened and thinking about this migration and how it changed their lives.
