Michigan Roll Call

Always leave them wanting more... and sometimes showing a bit of cool (or even potential disinterest) can make you seem more mysterious and/or attractive.

Sometimes.

That RH, is something I have never been able to pull off ... Time to hone a new skill.

I sorta tripped over it myself.

Two of my greatest loves were women WAY more attractive than myself. In both cases, for different reasons, when I met them, I tried avoiding any closeness with them. In both cases (one confirmed), my avoidance made me more interesting.

My problem is that I don't play games like that... if I'm interested, I make it known. So it's not easy to follow my own advice.

My greatest love ... I did the same thing. When I would pull slightly away, usually unintentionally, she would get so much more interested. But I could never play that game. Maybe that's why she's a past love ..

So, most everyone agrees that I was right in not suggesting anything?
Like what, a threesome? Surely that would go over well in front of the 2yr old!
Give her a follow-up call and play nice. But realize she is a young mom. Sure in the best of wet dreams, all she wants is to get rid of some tention. In rl she may want a guy who will stick around since Baby Daddy didn't, and that could quickly become a messy situation for you.
You have a car. She doesn't. I would offer to take her grocery shopping next time you talk, if you are genuine.

Most times!
Hey there, rh!

I went geocaching with my girls today. Perfect day for it.

The boys use to really enjoy and we had lots of fun. Now getting them to go is because I really have an issue at one and its on the way somewhere. I end up going by myself all the time now. Was out last weekend to finially pass the 1000 find mark

It sounds like a lot of fun, but I'm one of those dinosaurs that only carries a flip-phone--no GPS gizmo or app, so I have to pass.

When I was a Scoutmaster we used to do something similar with compass and map cross-country navigation. Somebody had to set up the course, though, so it only happened on outings of a certain size where access to the site was available beforehand.

I actually toyed with the idea of setting up a compass treasure-hunt course in Bird Hills Park in Ann Arbor for the local council to use, but never did it. A treasure-hunt course is multi-leg, where you have to find the first site in order to get directions to the second, and so on.

It was a lot of fun, and gave the boys real confidence in their own problem-solving skills...which of course was the point of it all. :)

They do have a geocaching app on the phone, but I don't trust its accuracy for that. I have a geocaching GPS unit.

I've been using the iPhone for 2 years now and find no real issues with it while in the city. Normal with the GPS is around 15 feet and the phone does the same.

Not sure how the phone app works tho unless your a premium member.

The biggest issue I see with the phone is when we go upnorth. Phone doesn't work well when we're miles back into the woods.

It's possible that phone GPS and 'normal' GPS are getting close in accuracy now days. It didn't used to be that way.

The. bears...

I was supposed to stay up until the game ended. I was so bored I forgot about being randy. Who does that? Damn, Lions.
