Michigan Get Together Cancelled!

I regret to inform those who were going to attend, that the original Michigan Lit-together is being cancelled. We will be rescheduling it for later in the month, or early april.

I am thinking maybe try a saturday night next time? For those who can not make it on friday night?


We need to work on a date when we can get the most people available. Let me know either on this thread, or in a PM about when you would like to have it. We can even change location, if people want to.


Just let me know, and I'll see what I can throw together.

On the plus side, in changing the date, hopefully we can get more participation.

but from the looks of things I wasn't going to be able to make it this weekend anyways.

I think the place was fine and the saturday sounds better, that way people can come down the firday night or saturday morning, and we can make a whole day of it.

So far, it looks like either Saturday March 23rd, or Saturday, March 30th. However, the 31st is Easter. So, let us know about that.

Also, I have been getting help from someone in the Manistee area about a possible summer get together on Lake Michigan for an entire weekend, complete with camping, and a chartered boat for 1/2 a day. If that sounds good as well, we can start working on that one. However, because of the prices of stuff, we will all have to chip in for it. But, we'll work that out later.


So, let me know what you all think about the 23rd.

I'm a boater, if you go through with it and i'm aloud to go.....

Can I drive, I enjoy driveing boats (yes drive is the right word, sail is only if there is a sail and moter boats don't have them)

I've wanted to go skiing again for over a year but am not aloud anymore so I WANNA DRIVE
