I don't know about you guys, but I'm bored with all the political threads, so I thought I'd start something a little more educational.

It's a metaphor game.

Below is a list of categories. You need to choose one thing from each category that best fits your personality.

Should be interesting to see if there are any surprises

:p

Here are the categories:

Colour:
Food:
Drink:
Smell:
Piece of music:
Free time activity:
Book:
Animal:
Place:

Remember - don't just choose the things you like! Choose the thing in each category that best fit your personality.

Now, fingers at the ready - no more talking at the back - and off you go...

Verrrrrrrry interesting (can anyone else remember Rowan & Martin's laugh in, the little SS soldier with the cigarett holder??), and also very difficult. How best to describe my personality. Well here goes nuthin.

Colour: Black or very dark green. Non-colour and colour that are perfect screens, they hide so much.
Food: Tiramasu...although it is easy on the senses and voluptuous at the first taste, it has depth to it, an intoxicating flavour hidden deep, and you have to get through the rest to find the core.
Drink: It can only be my Lady Grey Tea. It just is me. Full-bodied but delicate at the same time.
Smell: woman, that special, intimate aroma.
Piece of music: The slow movement of Bach's double violin concerto. it fills my soul, makes me overflow, every time I hear it, I cry, making me realise how it feels to be a fragile, vulnerable human.
Free time activity: Daydreaming. I have a masters in 'wishing and hoping (Dusty Springfield - remember?)
Book: No book in particular, there are so many. Just one that allows me to lose myself in it.
Animal: an elephant. loyal, sensitive, caring..... and too damn big to be bullied !
Place: At the edge of the sea, when its rough and energetic, lulled by the sound and smell and movement.
