Well it seems that between April 1, 2019, to September 30, 2019:

"Further, the OIG’s Investigations Division closed 125 criminal or administrative misconduct cases, and its work resulted in 40 convictions or pleas and 87 administrative actions, which include terminations, administrative disciplinary actions, and resignations. The quality of the investigations described in this report demonstrates the importance of effective, fair, and objective investigative oversight conducted by our Office. As always, the OIG remains committed to its mission to detect and deter waste, fraud, abuse, and misconduct related to DOJ programs, and to promote economy and efficiency in those programs—as is exemplified in our work over the past 6 months. As usual, the Semiannual Report reflects the exceptional work of OIG personnel and their dedication to the OIG’s important mission."

So maybe there is a little house cleaning going on.

The Justice Department's inspector general found no evidence to support President Donald Trump's claim that the FBI inserted spies in his 2016 presidential campaign, The New York Times reported.
Trump has repeatedly and baselessly alleged that the FBI inserted covert operators in his campaign.
He also alleged, without evidence, that former President Barack Obama had intelligence officials tap his phones, a claim the IG's report is also expected to undercut.

The Justice Department's inspector general reportedly found no evidence to support President Donald Trump's claim that the FBI spied on his 2016 presidential campaign while investigating whether the campaign was conspiring with the Russian government to interfere in the election, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

While the report undermines the president's most extreme claims, it also finds fault with how the FBI handled its surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page, according to the Post.

Specifically, Horowitz found discrepancies and bureaucratic mistakes in how the FBI applied for a warrant seeking the wiretap. The IG also found evidence that an FBI employee may have altered an email connected to the Page wiretap, but concluded that the employee's conduct had no effect on the overall validity of the application or on the bureau's overarching investigation.

Mr Tin Foil sure got quiet...

Nice implication that somehow this report was in regards to "house cleaning".. like deep state personnel?

Derp, you didn't look at those cases, just the headline... huh?

Yeah, Whiteguide, HisDerpy, and notIsh among others have been gloating nonstop about how the IG was going to blow up the FBI and CIA. As is often the case they’re talking shit and pretending to have inside info. Yawn.

No, just your spin. The IG report is the beginning, not the end. To understand that you have to know how shit works in DC and based on my observations you don't know shit.

Yeah and that's before you bring out all the Trump associates and cabinet people, etc. who are going to prison or are sitting behind bars now. Right up to Manafort himself.

If this were Obama these subhuman trash would be calling for his impeachment NOW. Obama would have been out of office by the 3rd month of his term for what Trump did by then alone!

Not inside info but better sources and superior knowledge.

The IG works for Yahoo News?

The thing to remember is each principle named in the IG report has an opportunity to provide feedback that will be included in the report, this feedback is what is being leaked to the NYT's and susequently leaked to the public. What the leakers don't know is what the IG's rebuttal will be. The more they bend the truth the more comprehensive the rebuttal will be in the report. I doubt Cowdude understands this the reason why the report has taken so long to be completed.

Meh, so 113,000+ employees resulted in 40 criminal convictions? Better hide the keys to the supply closet.
